In 2014 we issued the 11th edition of The Blue Book in which we expanded the discussion of the accepted methods for dealing with possession. The “Rule 2” of Apostrophes referenced in our response of December 18, 2012, to Maddie was part of the 10th edition of The Blue Book of Grammar and Punctuation.
